Oncology R&D Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Oncology R&D Functional Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a comprehensive safety program for adverse events throughout clinical development and post-approval
• Lead key safety initiatives to address critical safety issues, including protocol amendments and medical education initiatives
• Develop contingency plans for safety risk management and ensure effective communication with clinical sites and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• MD required; Board certification in Oncology preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• A minimum of 2 years in Patient Safety
• At least 2 years of experience in Clinical Development
• At least 2 years of Oncology experience
