Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Oncology, Upper Midwest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to enhance market development
  • Lead and manage a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and industry trends to drive sales volume and success within the territory
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to exceed sales goals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on consultative sales
  • Ability to assess the needs of Oncologists and their office staff
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
