Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Oncology, Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development
- Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
- Analyze sales results using data to identify industry trends and increase sales volume
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically with Oncologists
- Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to meet sales goals
- Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to assess the needs of Oncologists and their office staff with a focus on consultative sales
- Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
