Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Manager - Oncology, Northeast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan for market development
  • Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities
  • Analyze sales results using data to identify industry trends and increase sales volume
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics, specifically with Oncologists
  • Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating a sales team to meet sales goals
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with solid negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to assess the needs of Oncologists and their office staff with a focus on consultative sales
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and build out a new territory and team
