Job Summary

To support the oncology portfolio in Southern California, the remote Regional Manager - Oncology will build and lead a high-impact team of Oncology Specialists, develop data-driven sales strategies, and cultivate relationships with oncologists to drive sales of liquid biopsy products.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy and business plan to grow market development in the region
  • Build and lead a team of Oncology Specialists to execute sales strategies and optimize opportunities for increased profitability
  • Analyze sales results using data to identify industry trends and enhance communication with the cancer care community
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy, specifically selling to oncologists
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and motivating a team to exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrated successful sales achievements, such as awards or recognitions in sales performance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients and internal teams
  • Ability to assess the needs of oncologists and their staff with a focus on consultative sales and problem-solving
