Oncology Registered Nurse

Job Summary

Managing the clinical experience of members, the full-time Oncology Registered Nurse I will work remotely to activate new member accounts, coordinate consultations with specialists, and ensure follow-up to achieve desired health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Activate new member accounts and draft medical histories to identify consultation goals
• Coordinate video or phone consultations between members and specialists while managing medical records
• Conduct follow-up with members post-consult to ensure desired outcomes are achieved

Required qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of three years of experience
• Experience in oncology nursing
• Proficiency in navigating multiple technology platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
