Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Field Access and Reimbursement - Oncology & Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and execution priorities for Oncology and Specialty FRM teams aligned with brand strategy
• Define and maintain a measurement framework to quantify team impact on patient access and outcomes
• Lead and develop Associate Directors overseeing therapeutic area-specific FRM teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12+ years of experience in field leadership, reimbursement, market access, and healthcare strategy
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing field-based teams
• Proven track record in building or scaling field organizations
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Part B and buy-and-bill reimbursement models
