Oncology Research Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Oncology Research and Pharmacology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead oncology non-clinical pharmacology activities and establish PK/PD/efficacy relationships
• Design and execute experiments to elucidate efficacy, tolerability, and mechanism of action of therapeutics
• Collaborate with internal teams and external CROs to manage study designs and execution

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD) in biology, biochemistry, or relevant discipline
• Industry experience in preclinical oncology and therapeutic technologies
• Experience with Immune Oncology (I/O) models and experimental design
• Strong knowledge of analytical programs, including GraphPad Prism
• Proven ability to manage complex pharmacology programs and CRO studies
