Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Research Intelligence Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor advances in ADC linker and payload chemistry and assess their implications for oncology research strategy
  • Collaborate with external partners to evaluate novel ADC platforms and develop internal opportunity briefs for potential collaborations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on ADC design principles and contribute to enhancing intelligence infrastructure for tracking ADC-related data


Required Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in organic/medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D with expertise in ADC linker/payload chemistry
  • Strong understanding of ADC design trade-offs and their impact on efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics
  • Experience in evaluating ADC platforms and differentiating them using scientific literature and competitive intelligence
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
