Oncology RN Case Manager - Multi-State

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology RN Case Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to assess patient's current health status
• Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans and coordinating care for members
• Providing patient education and encouraging healthy lifestyle changes

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
• 3+ years of recent Oncology experience in a Hospital setting or as an Oncology Telephonic Case Manager
• Recent Chemotherapy administration experience
• Computer proficiency and access to high-speed internet
