Oncology Scientific Director

Job Summary

Leading a scientific team in the publication space, the full-time Oncology Scientific Director will manage client strategies, oversee content creation, and drive business development efforts, with the opportunity to work fully remote or in a hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a scientific team to deliver strategic publication initiatives
• Lead account management to ensure high-quality medical and scientific content creation
• Develop publication work in collaboration with VPs of scientific and client services

Required qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with 10+ years of relevant medical communications experience
• In-depth understanding of oncology publication work and successful scientific leadership
• Experience with US launches; global experience is a plus
• Proven track record in managing staff across multiple locations
• Strong articulation of scientific and therapeutic information in oncology
