Oncology Scientific Director

Job Summary

To support a diverse range of therapeutic areas, the remote Scientific Director - Solid Tumor Oncology will manage the planning, development, and oversight of scientific content while providing strategic medical communication recommendations and supervising content development activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Group Scientific Director to deliver strategic medical communication recommendations for brand goals
• Independently lead the execution of content development activities and supervise Associate Scientific Directors
• Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and content-related tasks, including background research and data-checking

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree in science
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with promotional medical education content
• Experience in oncology, particularly with solid tumors
• Familiarity with professional medical editorial processes and ethical guidelines
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
