A company is looking for a Site Engagement Associate Director in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with oncology sites and institutions to enhance clinical trial environments
• Lead the expansion of a US oncology site network and improve collaboration between sites and clinical teams
• Provide strategic insights on site landscape trends and operational risks to optimize trial delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life sciences
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research operations
• 3+ years of experience in oncology clinical research
• Good knowledge of the Drug Development Process
• Demonstrated track record of establishing partnerships with strategic sites/institutions
