Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Partner for the Oncology Solutions practice, this full-time remote position will lead client engagements, advance industry thought leadership, and cultivate relationships with healthcare providers to transform cancer care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Oncology Solutions practice, overseeing team analysis and deliverables
- Develop distinctive insights and new service offerings to enhance the firm's thought leadership in the industry
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, addressing issues within and beyond specific consulting engagements
Required qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in strategic initiatives with healthcare providers, including 5 years focused on cancer-related strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing teams
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH)
- Strong personal brand and compelling point of view as a senior consultant
- Proven track record of developing and managing strong client relationships
