Oncology Statistics Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Head, Statistics Oncology HEOR/HTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of statistical activities for Health Economics and Outcome Research (HEOR) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing departmental activities and audits
• Oversee team performance, development, and vendor partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality statistical services

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience in statistics within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in Pharma and 3 years in evidence generation
• Minimum 5 years of line management and leadership experience
• Experience in Oncology and conducting clinical programs, particularly in late-phase projects
• Extensive knowledge of statistical methods, HTA, and Pricing and Reimbursement activities, including RWD applications
