Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Oncology Disease Area Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define early oncology pipeline commercial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives
  • Assess external innovation and business development opportunities in collaboration with R&D and marketing teams
  • Develop commercial frameworks and business cases for early-stage assets, ensuring alignment with market dynamics
Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing/commercial experience, or Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience
  • Master of Business Administration or MD/PhD in a life sciences-related field preferred
  • Extensive experience in Oncology with a deep understanding of market trends and future opportunities
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, focusing on marketing and commercial strategy
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
