Oncology Strategy Lead

Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Oncology Strategy Lead will serve as a therapeutic consultant, collaborating across business development and operations to create effective delivery strategies for clinical trials in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development and Operations to develop and implement delivery strategies for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive differentiation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze data and develop efficient delivery solutions, contributing to budget development for proposed project strategies
• Support Sales in customer presentations and bid defense meetings, ensuring project strategies are effectively communicated and understood by all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of global clinical research experience, including operational delivery and/or drug development
• Proven track record in operational delivery with a strong understanding of clinical research regulatory requirements
• Comprehensive global knowledge of the biopharma industry and drug development lifecycle
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and lead virtual teams in a matrix organization
