Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Director of Training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Oncology Training initiatives and programs aligned with enterprise strategies
• Plan and lead large-scale initiatives in collaboration with US and Global leadership
• Establish and grow relationships with external leadership entities and customer groups

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of business experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of business experience
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Ability to engage and network with internal and external partners
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills
