Oncology Training Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the successful development and delivery of customized training programs for Oncology Account Managers, the remote Oncology Training Manager will manage training objectives, conduct needs analyses, and facilitate both live and virtual training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Marketing and Field Sales Teams by leading ongoing training content development for various training initiatives
• Design and develop training content while conducting evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Deliver training programs, including new-hire and advanced training, while managing classroom environments to meet learning objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Biotech/Pharma, with a minimum of 2 years in field training
• Experience in Oncology and Hematology; knowledge of Multiple Myeloma preferred
• Proven experience in creating training content and facilitating disease & product training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in using virtual platforms like ZOOM and WebEx
