Oncology Training Manager
Job Summary
To support the oncology training initiatives, the full-time salaried Oncology Training Manager will manage the development and execution of training programs for the US Sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing various training modalities in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support national training projects involving multiple cross-functional partners
- Develop and implement training plans tailored to the needs of the US Sales team
- Provide coaching and feedback to Regional Trainers and sales representatives to enhance training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales, with 2+ years in oncology training
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in creating and tracking training content and effectiveness
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects across teams
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
