Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global medical/clinical and translational strategy for the therapeutic area
• Oversee the design and conduct of early-phase clinical studies ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance
• Build and inspire high-performing global teams while fostering innovation and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD in a relevant medical specialty with board-certification in oncology or hematology
• 10-15 years of combined experience in hospital, academic, and industry settings, including senior leadership roles
• Deep understanding of disease biology, clinical trial design, and translational medicine
• Proven ability to influence enterprise-level decisions in a global matrix organization
• Familiarity with global drug development and compliance requirements
