A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce to oversee consultants assigned to clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and oversight of consultants for assigned clients
• Provide onboarding, support, and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
• Monitor consultant performance, compliance, and quality of work products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Oncology Data Specialist certification
• A minimum of one certification from relevant professional national associations
• 5 years of management experience in the primary role specialty
• 3 years of remote management experience
• Associate Degree preferred
