OnCore CTMS Budget Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical trials, the full-time OnCore CTMS Budget Analyst will manage budget builds and calendar modifications in the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System, ensuring compliance with agreements and institutional standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and modify clinical trial budgets and calendars in OnCore CTMS according to established guidelines
• Perform quality checks and manage study team queries to ensure compliance with institutional SOPs
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data consistency across systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Three years of related experience in sponsored research or financial positions, preferably in an academic or medical setting
• Experience with financial and revenue cycle workflows in commercial clinical trials
• Knowledge of the clinical trials lifecycle
• Additional education may substitute for required experience as permitted by the equivalency formula
