Job Summary

One Call Specialist, responsible for screening locate ticket requests and ensuring the safety of the underground fiber optics network, working part-time or full-time in a remote capacity with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze dig site locations using software applications to protect underground fiber optics
  • Respond to locate ticket requests and provide conflict responses as necessary
  • Support customer inquiries related to 811 dig tickets and direct them to appropriate departments
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education with relevant experience
  • One or more years of experience in a related field, such as Telecom or Military
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in using ticket management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge and abilities
