Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen One Call Center Locate Ticket requests to analyze dig site locations in relation to the underground fiber optics network
• Ensure the protection of company fiber and prevent damage by verifying that dig sites are clear
• Cover various shifts, holidays, and overtime as needed in a 24x7 operational environment

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree and/or related job experience
• 3+ years of related experience in Telecom, Military, or similar fields
• Knowledge of IRTHNet or other Ticket Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions
