Job Summary

A company is looking for a One Stop Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and route inquiries related to financial aid, student accounts, registration, and academic policies
  • Participate in a comprehensive One Stop training program to acquire extensive knowledge of service requirements
  • Provide backup support for telephone and email responses during the training period and perform other assigned duties


Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in direct customer relations, preferably in a higher education environment
  • 1+ years of experience with enterprise software systems and telephonic systems
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education; bachelor's degree desired
  • Demonstrated understanding of higher education academic policies and procedures
  • Experience in a high-volume environment requiring proactive thinking skills
