Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with financial aid processes and inquiries, serving as the main point of contact
- Manage student accounts, addressing questions related to payments, holds, and refunds
- Provide student services support, including registration and document tracking
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant combination of experience and education
- 2+ years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or customer service roles
- Knowledge of financial aid programs and processes
- Experience in higher education is preferred
- Familiarity with database systems and Microsoft Office applications
