Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students with financial aid processes and inquiries, serving as the main point of contact
  • Manage student accounts, addressing questions related to payments, holds, and refunds
  • Provide student services support, including registration and document tracking
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or relevant combination of experience and education
  • 2+ years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of financial aid programs and processes
  • Experience in higher education is preferred
  • Familiarity with database systems and Microsoft Office applications
