Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with CPM/EPM solutions, particularly OneStream
• Proven track record in coaching and developing high-performing consulting teams
• Experience in establishing delivery standards and operating structures in a consulting environment
• Background in Consulting, Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance client solutions and internal processes
