Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ongoing Support Manager to lead their support team and ensure effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of ongoing support services to clients within defined managed services scope
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Ongoing Support Consultants, setting clear expectations for quality and communication
- Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing support or consulting role
- Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading team members
- Working knowledge of managed services or ongoing support delivery models
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality
- Experience in a billable support environment is preferred
