Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ongoing Support Manager to lead their support team and ensure effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of ongoing support services to clients within defined managed services scope
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Ongoing Support Consultants, setting clear expectations for quality and communication
  • Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing support or consulting role
  • Prior experience mentoring, coaching, or leading team members
  • Working knowledge of managed services or ongoing support delivery models
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service quality
  • Experience in a billable support environment is preferred
