Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic advising and support for online students throughout their educational journey
• Collaborate with university partners to enhance student recruitment, success, and retention initiatives
• Teach an online Student Success course to help students navigate their college experience

Required Qualifications

• Must be a current employee of the institution
• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Two years of full-time academic advising experience in a college or university setting
• One year of full-time academic advising experience at the institution
• In-depth knowledge of advising platforms and university policies
