Job Summary

A public Junior college is searching for a person to fill their position for a Online Accounting Faculty Member.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide instruction for online courses
• Demonstrate a commitment to student engagement, student success, and instructional excellence
• Maintain access to students through posted office hours and electronic communication

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher with at least 18 graduate hours in accounting
• Must be Quality Matters credentialed, with IYOC Improving Your Online Course or APPQMR Applying the QM Rubric certification
• College/University online teaching experience required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other instructors, staff, administration and students
• Ability to instruct students while achieving the course learning objectives
