Job Summary
To support the Undergraduate Game Design and Development program, the part-time Online Adjunct Faculty - Rapid Prototyping will engage students in a remote, asynchronous learning environment by providing guidance, feedback, and resources in a pre-developed online course.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize student engagement by responding to inquiries and proactively supporting students needing additional assistance
- Share expertise and recommend supplementary materials to enhance student understanding of course content
- Offer feedback and assessment by evaluating student work and providing constructive feedback within set timeframes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Interactive Media, Game Theory, Game Art, Game Programming, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of multidisciplinary game development experience
- Proficiency in Unity, Unreal, Paper/Analog Prototyping, Scripting for Prototypes, and Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Experience with iteration workflow in game development
