Job Summary
To support the Undergraduate Health Information Management program, the part-time Online Adjunct Faculty - Healthcare Data Management will engage students in an asynchronous learning environment by providing guidance, feedback, and resources while fostering an inclusive atmosphere remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize student engagement by responding to inquiries and proactively supporting students needing assistance
- Share expertise and recommend supplementary materials to enhance student understanding of course content
- Evaluate student work and provide individualized feedback to promote growth and mastery of course outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or Informatics
- 2+ years of experience in health information systems or management
- Registered Health Information Administrator or Registered Health Information Technician
