A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Faculty member for the Graduate Human Resource Management program.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize student engagement by responding promptly and providing additional support as needed
• Share expertise and recommend supplementary materials to enhance student understanding
• Offer feedback and assessment on student work to promote growth and mastery of course outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Human Resources or a related field (PhD/DBA in Business Administration with HRM focus)
• 3 years or more of professional experience in Human Resource Management
• SHRM Membership required
