Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in an online environment
• Deliver course content covering human resource management topics and organizational behavior
• Utilize case studies and scholarly articles to enhance understanding of workplace challenges

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, benefits, or compensation
• Online and/or classroom teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Must hold and be worthy to hold temple recommends
• Eligibility to work will be verified through E-Verify
