Job Summary
To teach SPAC 310- Human Factors in Space, the part-time Online Adjunct Faculty in Human Factors will deliver course content focused on aerospace human factors, emphasizing human-machine interaction in space, while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver course instruction and facilitate student engagement in online learning environments
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects
- Stay current with developments in human factors and aerospace education to enhance course content
Required qualifications
- Doctor's or Master's degree in a related teaching discipline, or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline
- Experience in a military or civilian organization related to Psychology, Human Factors, Space Operations, or Physiology
- Professional certification as a rated/certified military operations officer or civil equivalent in relevant fields
- Documented experience in aerospace, ergonomics, human factors, or related areas
- Ability to provide proof of qualifications, including official transcripts and relevant certifications
