Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Human Resources or a related field from a regionally accredited institution
• 3 years or more of professional experience in Employment Law or Human Resource Management
• Experience with online teaching and course content delivery
• Ability to engage students in an asynchronous learning environment
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful learning atmosphere
