Key Responsibilities
- Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in an online environment
- Examine organizational effectiveness at individual, group, and organizational levels
- Engage students in discussions on motivation, team behavior, leadership, and change management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's degree or higher in Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Professional experience in a related field is desired
- Online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful but not necessary
- Willingness to uphold the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Eligible to hold a temple recommend
