Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Terminal degree in English, Writing, or Rhetoric
• Preferred experience in the academic or commercial publishing industry
• All degrees must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Demonstrated personal faith commitment to the university's evangelical Christian purpose
• Familiarity with collaborative learning techniques and student-centered instruction methods
