Job Summary
A private, non-profit Christian research university has a current position open for a Online Adjunct Military Operations Professor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Teach material from the approved curriculum in accordance with an assigned schedule to ensure student satisfaction
- Assist students in achieving completion of objectives and learning outcomes
- Provide regular and timely feedback to students
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Military Studies, Military Science, Military History, Military Operational Art & Science, National Security & Strategic Studies; National Resource Strategy or similarly related field
- OR Master’s degree plus18 graduate hours in those same fields
- OR Bachelor’s degree with substantial military service as a Non-Commissioned Officer; Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, Warrant Officer or a Commissioned Officer in the field being taught
- Possess a broad knowledge of the military organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, agency regulations and policies
- Broad knowledge and experience of military training and field training tactics and maneuvers
