Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in admissions, customer service, or consultative sales preferred
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database software
• Ability to manage high call and text volume while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekend hours as needed
