Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Professional College Advisory Sessions via phone and text to assist prospective students in aligning their interests with suitable programs
• Engage with prospective students to provide guidance, support, and resources, fostering trust and excitement about their academic journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive, student-centered experience from inquiry through the first term

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in admissions, customer service, or consultative sales preferred
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database software
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekend hours as needed
