Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Online Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and improve upon a service model that requires fully online/virtual student assistance through the admissions process
  • Assemble an appropriately skilled and talented team to meet student recruitment expectations and be responsible for their training and development
  • Meet new student enrollment goals
Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in educational service, admissions counseling, customer service, and/or employee recruitment environment
  • Experience in managing a fully remote team is preferred
  • Proven experience in meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours across multiple time zones
  • General knowledge of the higher education industry is preferred, but not required
