Job Summary

Managing the admissions process remotely, the Online Admissions Processor will accurately process, evaluate, and verify student documentation while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process incoming high school and college transcripts to determine transfer credit eligibility
  • Input transfer credits into the student information system and maintain accurate student academic records
  • Communicate with applicants regarding missing or incomplete transcript information and assist in completing application files
Required qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in higher education admissions, records management, or student services is preferred
  • Familiarity with student information systems and CRM tools is preferred
  • Must profess Christian faith and uphold the university's values
  • Demonstrates professionalism and ability to work as part of a team
