Job Summary
Supporting the admissions team in a full-time remote capacity, the Online Admissions Specialist will manage document collection and compliance, assist with student outreach, and ensure adherence to institutional policies while fostering positive relationships with prospective and current students.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, track, and collect admissions-related documents, ensuring compliance with accreditation and university standards
- Assist with student outreach and facilitate the enrollment process by collecting required documents and scheduling appointments
- Build strong relationships with students by identifying their needs and providing support throughout the admissions process
Required qualifications
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a service-focused or sales environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
