Job Summary
A teachers graduate school has a current position open for a Online Adolescent Mathematics Licensure Exam Prep Tutor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Teaching licensure exam prep coursework in a synchronous (live) online format to teacher candidates
- Becoming intimately familiar with the adolescent mathematics licensure exams
- Utilizing active listening and questioning strategies to diagnose candidate needs and monitor progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 2 years of work experience as an adolescent mathematics teacher
- Valid teaching certificate in adolescent mathematics
- Demonstrated knowledge of the content area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
