Job Summary

An institute for higher education is filling a position for a Online and Distance Education Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Designing online content in Canvas and integrate current educational technologies
Acting as an expert resource for our Canvas learning management system and related tools
Developing online instructor and student support materials, tutorials, orientations, help sessions, and workshops

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's degree required
3 to 5 years relevant experience working as an instructional designer
Experience in leading and managing multiple, complex projects
Strong research, content analysis, and content preparation skills
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
