Online AP Biology Teacher

Job Summary

To support a global team, the part-time Online AP Biology Teacher will plan and deliver engaging live lessons in AP Biology, utilizing technology to foster an interactive learning environment for motivated students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality live lessons in AP Biology tailored to a diverse group of students
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, organizing assignments and assessments for easy access

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology or a related field
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Strong knowledge of the relevant Advanced Placement (College Board) curriculum and examinations
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
