Online AP Government Teacher

Job Summary

To support a global team, the part-time Online AP Comparative Government Teacher will plan and deliver engaging live lessons, assess student progress, and utilize digital tools to create an interactive online classroom for motivated students from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality live lessons tailored to a diverse international group of students
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, organizing assignments and assessments for easy access

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Strong knowledge of the Advanced Placement (College Board) curriculum and examinations
