Job Summary
To support a client in New York, the contracted Online Armenian Tutor will provide one-on-one language instruction focused on the Eastern Armenian dialect, with a total of 33 one-hour sessions scheduled ideally on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 to 9 PM EDT.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized Armenian language lessons to a beginner-level student
- Utilize Google Meet for remote teaching sessions
- Adapt teaching methods based on the student's specific goals and learning pace
Required qualifications
- Native Armenian speaker or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter
- Valid work permit/visa
- Reside within 20 miles of the specified location
