Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Assistant Registrar.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in student enrollment and registration processes, including maintaining academic records and coordinating onboarding
- Manage student health records, schedule changes, and assist with grade reporting and attendance
- Support faculty and parents with technical issues and fulfill student records requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience with Canvas, Blackbaud, and Zoom preferred
- Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
