Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Assistant Registrar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in student enrollment and registration processes, including maintaining academic records and coordinating onboarding
  • Manage student health records, schedule changes, and assist with grade reporting and attendance
  • Support faculty and parents with technical issues and fulfill student records requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with Canvas, Blackbaud, and Zoom preferred
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
